Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, we value your satisfaction. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- Please include your order number, contact details, and clear photos showing the issue.
Once your request is received, our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy below).
We reserve the right to deny claims reported beyond 24 hours or without adequate proof.
Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Spoiled Product:
If the item arrives damaged, spoiled, or in a condition unfit for consumption. - Incorrect Order:
If you receive a product different from what you ordered. - Non-Delivery:
If the order was never delivered due to a verified issue from our end or our delivery partners.
Refund Process:

- Please provide the following information
– Full order details (including order number and date)
– Delivery proof (tracking info or delivery confirmation)
– Product photos – especially showing the defective items - Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or taste preferences.
- Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
- Products consumed or partially used.
